(No title)

When your thoughts are askew and your words aren't long
When your sadness has come and just hasn't gone
You're waiting for it to get out of your brain
And you try and you try but you just can't explain
Why the words in your head are drowning in vain
Why you just can't eat and you just can't rest
Why you're lost for no reason and you're so helpless

When your mind keeps on aching and you blame it real quick
On something superficial or some kind of mind trick
But you know in your heart there's some way out
You know there's got to be a solution about
The way that you feel and the way that you think
The way that you can't conceal how your eyes blink
The way that they twitch and the way that they sink

You're getting out of it and rapidly losing time
Or so you dream it, right in your mind
Where has the time gone, though it's passing slowly
Your sand is draining in the hourglass in your head
You're fearing that you have to go to bed
Don't give me food, don't talk to me
Leave me alone until I'm back to me

You, yourself, are briefly lost
You're feeling upset and quite cross
Whoever you were is momentarily gone
You're not who you were all along
And then you come back to the ground from space
Where it feels like you went to when you were erased
But you're back to you now, the feeling is gone
When it will come back, I hope not for long

It's been driving me crazy lately how random people online feel free to tell me that I wear too much makeup. STOP there. Why don't I tell them that they have too many tattoos? Or too much facial hair? On The Sunny Side Of The Street

Writing is very important. You release your thoughts in your writing, and your thoughts are very vulnerable things to reveal...they're uniquely you, and although other people may share things that pop into your brain as well, nobody else knows what you are thinking but you. Thoughts are things; you can't see them but they're just as powerful as anything tangible. What you repeatedly think, you come to believe, your beliefs become your values, and these are essential to you. Remember, when you're going through your busy, or not-so busy day, how important it is to think before you speak. As Craig Ferguson said, "Does this need to be said?" Words can cut figuratively speaking and hurt just as badly as a cut from a knife. "Sticks and stones can break bones, but words can break hearts."
